John Kelly, Chairperson of Cunninghame Housing Association presented a cheque for £5,000 to the Ardrossan Community Development Trust. Others present were Christine Powell and Michael McCulloch, Directors of ACDT to assist with the work of the Group.
The Association’s Board of Management awarded ACDT £5,000 which was part of a match funding package.
For our Board, I’d like to thank Cunninghame Housing Association for their continued support of Ardrossan Community Development Trust. These were donated as match funding from North Ayrshire Council’s Community Interest Fund and the National Lottery’s Community Fund.
The monies have been used to engage with Ardrossan residents on projects to be delivered by the Trust. We have focused on plans for regenerating South Beach Promenade and giving extra playpark elements. We look to make sure the beach front is accessible by all. CHA has truly lived up to its mission of Making Communities Better Places. We cannot thank them enough for their continued support to the work of the Trust within Ardrossan.
