Cunninghame Housing Association held charity events at its Long Service Awards celebration night in early December 2022. They raised a total of £3,554.40. Its charities are: Barnardo’s Fundraising Ayrshire North Club Toy Appeal, Brain Tumour Charity (Gordon Craig) Fund and Little Princess Trust. The talks for each charity took place at the Association’s Quayside Offices, Ardrossan on 15 th December 2022.
Barnardo’s (FAN) Club Toy Appeal
The Association gave a cheque for £400 along with toys bought for Barnardo’s Club Toy Appeal who work endlessly to
make a difference to families’ lives in North Ayrshire. The total donated was £1,332.80 raised from the Long Service Awards and staff contributions.

The Brain Tumour Charity (Gordon Craig) Fund
The Association gave a cheque for £1,184.80 to Heather Craig for The Brain Tumour Charity (Gordon Craig) Fund.
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity. It is the largest funder of research into brain tumours globally.
Little Princess Trust
A cheque was given to £1,184.80 to Carolann Rennie for The Little Princess Trust. They make wigs for children suffering from cancer and other illnesses.
Carolann had 29” of her hair cut and donated to The Little Princess Trust at the Long Service Awards night. Carolann has raised a £1,440.20 when adding £1,184.80 raised at the Long Service Event totalling £2625!
