Cyclical Maintenance

As well as our planned maintenance programmes, we run cyclical programmes. The cyclical programme includes works that are carried out on a pre-set arranged cycle e.g. yearly, every 5 years. It makes sure that the Association meets its legal duties for gas safety and electrical testing and the general upkeep of properties is maintained in a satisfactory standard.

Cyclical work includes close painting and external painting. From June 2020 our in-house contractor Direct Works will carry out all our cyclical painting contract work. Tenants will be lettered advising them their home is included on this programme well before work beginning.
