How to make a payment
In line with your tenancy agreement, you must make sure that you pay your rent so you have covered the four weeks to come. You can choose to pay your rent every week, every two weeks or every four weeks.
You can pay in several ways:
- Direct Debit is the simplest and most convenient way to pay. Call 01294 607553 to set a direct debit up.
- Pay using your card or over the phone – call us on 01294 607553
- Standing Order
- ALLPAY Payment Card
- At any shop with an ‘Pay Point’ sign
- Bank transfer to Sort Code 09-02-22 and Account Number 10697883.Put your tenancy reference number, and surname as it shows on your tenancy agreement on any payment made directly to the Association’s bank account.
- You Should Not Send Cash Through The Post
You can use AllPay cards to make payments at post offices, newsagents, grocery and other shopping outlets displaying a Payzone or PayPoint symbol. AllPay makes it more convenient if you want to pay in cash, by cheque or debit card.
We will send you a statement of your rent account bi-annually within 10 working days of the end of April and October each year.
