The Association entered the IIP Awards 2020 to raise awareness to our staff and voluntary Board that our approach to developing all our people reflects IIP best practice across the country and that our staff are aware of the positive impact on them and the organisation.
We’ve created a culture and values which ensure continuous improvement and people development are integral not only to how we operate but, in turn, to delivering our growth targets and massive impacts for our communities.
