The James Moffat Centre for Enterprise has 5600 sqft of childcare, office and business facilities for businesses and social enterprises. The centre is found in Glasgow Street, Ardrossan.
Over 3 floors the building offers good quality space within a convenient location. It has good access to public transport and on street parking.
The main tenant is Busy Bees Nursery who have been in the Centre since November 2007.
Approach Ardrossan via A78 from North or South. Follow signs for Arran Ferry. Continue down Glasgow Street for 250 yards. The Moffat Enterprise Centre is on the right hand side off the main street. There are car parking space to the front.
The Moffat Enterprise Centre is half a mile from Ardrossan Town Rail Station.
