The Association acknowledges, with great sadness, the passing of former long serving Board member John Macdonald on 16th March 2025.
John played a key role in establishing Cunninghame Housing Association in the 1980s. He was a founding member, first Chairperson, and later Secretary of the organisation. At the Association’s AGM in September 2024, John spoke fondly of the highlights of his time with Cunninghame, in particular his contribution to retaining buildings in Ardrossan which may have otherwise been demolished.
