Below you will find details on the development size & location as well as site plans, house styles, photographs. There are internal walk through videos, drone footage and a 360° walkthrough where available.
This area was bought from a farmer and amounts to some 12.5 acres of developable land. The sale was paid in December 2017 and can hold 130 new build units.
Work started in June 2020. As of April 2022, 76 of the 130 homes are now occupied by Association tenants.
Due to the size of the build, homes will be handed over on a phased start until the end date.
The new main road connecting the streets of Hallmeadow Place and Elm Road is finished. Our new tenants use Hallmeadow Place to get to their homes and the workers uses Elm Road for construction traffic. Elm Road was a single track road which has been opened up to our entrance. A new foot path will be formed over the rest to improve road safety for pedestrians.
A SUDS sink has been formed to manage surface water and this is now formed and working.

“Along with our main contractor, CHA have also delivered a range of community benefits across all new sites, with jobs and apprenticeships being created. On average 70% of the works are being delivered by the local supply chain, meaning the majority of funding stays within the local economy.”Frank Sweeney, CEO, Cunninghame Housing
