This site was purchased by the Association in September 2017 and will provide 76 new houses and flats for rent over 5 phases. Work commenced on site in October 2017.
This site forms part of a wider ‘masterplan’ area to the northern periphery of Saltcoats with easy access to the A78 and will provide a combination of homes for social rent and for sale through private developers.
This project achieved overall completion on October 2018 and has provided as initially outlined a total of 24 new houses and flats for rent.
The main contractor was Ashleigh Scotland Limited.
