This site was purchased by the Association in September 2017 and will provide 76 new houses and flats for rent. Following on from our successful Phase 3 project, this scheme will provide similar house types and works will start on-site 20th January 2020.
This site forms part of a wider ‘masterplan’ area to the northern periphery of Saltcoats with easy access to the A78 and will provide a combination of homes for social rent and for sale through private developers.
This project achieved overall completion on 31 March 2022 and has provided as initially outlined a total of 76 new homes for rent.
The main contractor was Ashleigh Scotland Limited.
The Association is now progressing with our proposals for the next phase of new homes at Sharphill Phase 5 where we are looking to deliver a further 100 new units for rent in this desirable location in Saltcoats.
