This site is located next to our 70 unit Sweeney Street/Sweeney Court Development which was completed in April 2018.
This small site has delivered 10 units and has been designed specifically to meet the needs of clients with particular needs, therefore a number of wheelchair and amenity bungalows have been provided. Work commenced on site in April 2018 and overall completion was achieved in December 2018.
