The Association acquired the former Victoria Hotel building in 2017.
The building now incorporates a lift meaning that all 12 flats will be fully accessible and able to be allocated to those with amenity/ mobility issues.
This Design & Build project was delivered by RDK Construction and has provided much needed rented accommodation within an area of high demand. This new build development commenced on site in June 2017 with overall completion in June 2018.
