This area was bought from the owner in March 2018. The landowner is also a developer and will deliver the new houses as part of a Design & Build contract.
A total of 60 new homes will be delivered. Works started in April 2019, the first phase of 22 units will be achieved by March 2021.
As of April 2022, 40 of the 60 properties are now finished, the last 20 will be finished by July.
The new through road is almost finished, this connects Turnberry Crescent to the south and Windermere Road to the north.
