As part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2025, we hosted a special lunch on Friday afternoon to celebrate our apprentices. This event acknowledged their hard work, and allowed them to hear about each other’s experiences, and discuss their journeys so far.
Our apprentices, including those in administration, trades, and technical roles, sat down with some of our Executive Management Team to share insights into their learning, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the skills they’ve developed along the way.
We were delighted to have Chloe (Apprentice Admin Assistant), Ryan (Apprentice Electrician) and Kyle (Apprentice Joiner) join us for the occasion with their supervisors. They each shared their experiences, from learning new skills to gaining confidence in their roles, and how their apprenticeships are shaping their careers.
Jacqueline Cameron, our Chief Executive, expressed her appreciation for the apprentices’ contributions and reaffirmed CHA’s commitment to supporting apprenticeships as a pathway to professional success.
