The development at Bridgehousehill, Kilmarnock was delivered in partnership with Connect Modular and showcases our commitment to affordable, high-quality housing that meet the needs of our communies. The project, completed a remarkable 18 weeks ahead of schedule, highlights the potential of modular construction as an innovative solution for delivering homes swiftly without compromising on quality. Connect Modular’s off-site construction approach allowed for simultaneous ground preparations and house-building, reducing weather-related delays and accelerating completion.
